By creating an account with Chef's Compass or accessing and using the platform in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by all the terms and conditions of this agreement, please do not access or use this service.

Chef's Compass is designed for and intended to be used by professional yacht chefs, culinary professionals, and maritime hospitality experts. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these professional qualifications and are authorized to use the service in your professional capacity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. Chef's Compass reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if any information provided is false, inaccurate, or incomplete.

Chef's Compass is a professional resource for culinary discovery and exchange. Users must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Prohibited behavior includes: harassment or bullying of other chefs or professionals; posting spam, unsolicited advertising, or irrelevant commercial content; and engaging in any conduct that disrupts the professional community. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Chef's Compass is a platform for sharing culinary information and discoveries. We do not verify the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of food items, vendors, suppliers, or any information shared on the platform. You use all finds, recommendations, and vendor information at your own risk. Chef's Compass is not liable for any illness, injury, property damage, professional disputes, or other damages arising from reliance on platform content or vendor recommendations.

Chef's Compass reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict access to your account at any time, in our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms of Service, violation of community guidelines, or conduct we deem harmful to the platform or community.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chef's Compass and its owners, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Chef's Compass may update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
